i think the clue is in the name. Its for (mainly) BRITISH people who have emigrated to various parts of the world. This specific area is for Brits who have gone to America. So if you are only looking for fellow chinese people to make friends with you are probably not going to find many on here. If you dont mind brits then you might do okay!

Anyone can join, whether you get any use or fun out of it is a different matter. It's primarily a resource for Brits or other nationals to find info about countries and help with immigration matters, with a few other odds and sods thrown into the mis.
