Hi - just a little introduction. My name is Victoria, I am married to a kiwi and moved out here in December 2010. I am living in Warkworth (which I love) and my husband commutes down to Auckland CBD everyday (which he doesn't love) ;)

Hi Victoria & a very warm welcome to BE & our friendly NZ forum. Warkworth's a nice town. Have had tea & cake by the river a few times, though I generally head up to Matakana which I love :D.

I personally wouldn't like that commute. I used to drive from Gulf Harbour to Parnell when I was working & the locals thought I was mad ;).
