HNY one and all.

We did not do Xmas or NY this year as it all felt too much. Probably to do with the bluddy construction right next door. Always being covered in dust and noise. Anyway we have liked the few days of reasonable quiet. Being able to hear ourselves think we have considered where we go to escape dodge. It;s been a lot on long hard years struggle now .

Let's hope that 2022 brings some respite to us all.

We have valentines and some Easter items in the shops already … madness must admit I had a hot cross bun in our local coffee shop just before Christmas lol happy new year to you all let’s hope we can all have a normal and happy 2021

I can buy Hot X Buns year round here in Canada. Had one for brekkie on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Happy new year all. I did my usual nye, bubbly, cheese and relax. Bliss.

Now my 20 year old girl who lives with me tested positive to covid today, I'm home waiting for my results as being a healthcare worker I need my result. I'm not sick tbough.

Hopefully she'll get over it quick. My oldest and her partner had it, over it quick and out of isolation today. Baby was fine! I didn't get it then.

Not bad for an old one. Still could test positive . Personally after being slammed at work at Christmas and new year covering other people isolating, I'm glad for a rest!
