Good start to the F1 season

Re: Good start to the F1 season
Lewis clearly having a blond moment and Alonso a no-brainer. Seb forgetting that you can overtake other cars, even if they are your team mate. Webber might still get him on hard compounds in the last few laps.
Force India scuppering their own chances of points with Sutil. Just as well, you wouldn't want him near the podium glassware in case he stabbed somebody .

Vettel way out of order, hope Mark gets him later

Sounds like Seb will go to the headmasters office for not sticking to the plan. They probably have set rules within the team rather than dispensing team orders directly.

Didn't learn till later that Webber had been told to turn the engine down and that race was effectively over (same with Hamilton and Rosberg). Naughty.
Seem that Force India had trouble with their nuts tightening.

Didn't know or suddenly gained selective hearing? I think he knew what he was doing.
Red Bull have always favored Seb but who wants a bad sportsman to represent their products? Even if they shuffle off Mark off to Ferrari ASAP who else who will want to race with Seb, even if they could push Seb off early to Ferrari would they want him if he couldn't play by their rules?
Of course Dietrich Mateschitz bankrolls the team and when Hamilton approached the team last year for a drive he turned it down in favor of keeping Webber.

Re: Good start to the F1 season
feel so sorry for Webber, he always seems to come out as the Bridesmaid. So who won't be there next season? don't think Vettel has done himself any favours and he really needs to remember it's not all about him, but least he has apologised

Least Nico, although not happy, didn't risk the car, the drivers or the team's points

Maybe they don't have to like each other to see out the rest of the season togeather, just assume that no team orders will apply again.

Those two where both Fernando Alonso's girlfriends? He doesn't just win at racing he wins at life.
Good race, again seriously impressed with Kimi finishing second with a damaged car and his 20th consecutive race in the points.

Good drive by Di Resta, that'll keep the sponsors happy! Alonso gets overtaking done the old fashion way with a broken DRS. Great weekend for Lotus obv.
Perez came out on top of a scuffle with Button, a new pecking order in the McLaren garage?

Quite a good race I thought for Bahrain. Lots of overtaking.
