2 weeks today and I haven't had a ciggie, despite weekend away and copious amounts of alochol swilling.
But the last 2 days for some reason I've struggled and really wanted one. The moment hasn't lasted long, but I had found it ok until Day 13/14? How wierd is that?
Too scared to smoke one anyway with patches on incase I'm sick or spontaniously combust - but thought the worse would be over, but it only just seems to be beginning?

All I was in fact after was Karma for having reached 2 weeks ... YES LADIES & GENTLEMEN ... 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A CIGGIE ... FROM A PROFESSIONAL SMOKER.
For 15 years, at least 20 a day. i think praise where praise is due. Big Me Up!!! Anyone got a light?
