Getting a job offer ??
 

Hi.

Me and my other half are looking to hopefully make the move to Auckland, after going on holiday back in April. We fill there will be more opportunities for our family. My other half is an alarm technician which is on the skilled shortage list, has anyone got any experience of gaining a job offer. Or any advice on how to help gain a job offer would be appricated

Hi, just to point out that alarm technician is on the list of skilled occupations not on the skilled shortage list.

he would need a job offer from an accredited company to be able to uplift a visa. He would either need the relevant qualifications or at least 5 years provable experience.

You could trawl through the accredited list for companies, I tried looking under alarm and alarms and nothing came up so it has to be the company name for the search function. http://onlineservices.immigration.go...=Guest&level=1
