Funny how things work out...
We were due to fly to Switzerland for Christmas last Sunday 14 December but about 4 weeks ago we changed our minds and rescheduled for June next year.
Seems like it was a good idea as I ended up in North Shore hospital on Friday 12th with what they thought was appendicitis. Bad enough. But following a CT scan on Saturday I actually have an 8cm tumour in my thigh that has been causing the pain Not good news and definitely wouldn't have been flying to CH on the Sunday.
I'm not a airy fairy type of person but feels odd that we changed our minds just before all this happened!
MRI scan tomorrow then surgery - excellent Christmas ahead then

Really sorry to hear your bad news. All the best and I hope everything is sorted soon so you can have a great time in Switzerland in June.

I think intuition is very real and your body may have been subconsciously telling you something.
I've learnt to pay attention to my intuition now after ignoring it a few times when I should have listened.
Good luck with your recovery hugs :-)
