Hi, husband and I have been here a month now. Got the essentials, car, house and awaiting the container any day now but have not managed to make any friends yet. Hubby at work all day - I am looking for work and have an interview next week. Would really like to get out and about with people.

Hi and welcome, definitely sounds like time for a HB meet up, numbers are increasing we are now both working and based in Hastings but can get to Napier Sat arvos and Sundays, evenings a bit trickier at the mo as we have a baby... Our door is always open though for anyone happy to travel in our direction

Been in Napier Since mid-May now....having moved up from Welly. Total 2 years (almost) in New Zealand and loving it, but need to meet more people locally!!!
