Karma is a little blue box under your profile/avatar. When you see a post by someone that you like or agree with or makes you giggle, you can click on their karma box, write a little message and send some to them. To check your karma you click on the "My Profile" tab on the yellow/orangey taskbar at the top of the page. The more karma you get the more blue boxes you get under your name.
