Football Teams in Wellington, Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt area

Does anyone know of any decent football (soccer) teams in Wellington, Upper or Lower Hutt?
I played at a half decent standard back in the UK. My son is 4 years old and gettiing into football and woudl like to take him along to some sessions.

Can anyone help?
