How did you find the recruitment process? Interview questions etc?

I'm trying to prepare myself for the big job hunt when I eventually get there and I'd be interested to know how you found it in comparison to job hunting / interviews in the UK.

Thanks very much. Well for this job I took their course before the interview process, and passed. My tutor wasn't the one who interviewed me, but she was able to put forward her recommendations. Having been out of the work place for alot of years, its hard to compare. I do have some reservations about this company's hiring process, but its a stepping stone for me.
