Father's Day!!!
My mum rang me this morning to remind me that it's Father's Day in the UK this weekend. I'm now off to the post office!!

Or you just switch to when NZ celebrates Father's Day (mid Sept I think) and then your Dad gets a nice surprise when he is least expecting it.
It does make it easier to buy Father's Day cards too, if that is your thing

I went to post a card with one of those DVD postcards things inside. Asked how much to get it there in a hurry FOR 2 -4 DAYS THEY WANTED $42.30!!!!!!
so I settled for the standard 3 - 10 for $3!!!So if you're reading this Pops! Happy Fathers Day, it's in the post, HONEST!!

I got over that one nicely with mothers day - I sent her a card and stuff to get there for NZ mothers day - she was so totally chuffed to bits cos it was a complete surprise!!! Will do the same with dad.

Call me miserable but I don't believe in Father's Day, hence Dad doesn't get a card
