Hi we accepted an offer on our house last week; the only problem is that we are flying out to New Zealand on Saturday for a 3 week holiday.

Solicitor has been great, picking contracts up today to sign, and he will email/text me when he is ready to exchange.

Keeping fingers crossed.

ITA submitted yesterday.

I've also managed to find a fantastic new home for two of our cats who aren't well enough to make the trip. Everything seems to be falling into place. However, as this process is a roller coaster ride - i'm almost waiting for the next dip;)
