Can't believe it but we finally exchanged contracts on our house today after 20 month of........... well not much fun. Can finally relax and start saving!!!
For those who still havent sold fingers crossed for you all its not fun as you can see from previous post above.

Ended up selling for 140,000 so dropped 23k will mean we are living with the in-laws for a year to save, but the end dream is worth it.
We sold in St Austell but now in Newquay.
