Default Establishing a business as a skilled migrant

Thought i'd come to the fountain of all knowledge - the expats website.
All hail the expats website.....................

anyway, i'm currently going through the skilled migrant category, at present getting qualifications assessed. However over the past two weeks, i've gotten smitten by the potential of a business venture and the potential, particularly as it's in the area of NZ we want to live (wellie).
So my question is can you get in under the skilled migrant category, then set up and run a business or would they want you to reapply via the LTBV.
