Re: Emmigration Consultant

Are you having trouble over your application and the age limit still?

If you are thinking of an Immy agent or consultant ,make sure they are licensed - link to IAA

I'd suggest to forget about the location of the consultant but look instead to their expertise and track record. It won;t matter if they are here in Nz or on your doorstep TBH.

Jan and Neil used a first rate Immy lawyer & were happy with the service - Lane Neave.

I know a few people that have used Peter Croxson and been very happy with the service . He is one for attention to detail.

Re: Emmigration Consultant

Thank you Bevs - no we are nearly complete on that application - been an absolute battle. But immigration on our side - offered a WTR visa whilst waiting for nursing reg, and will have PR no probs. Even got the nursing council after lots of begging, to allow registration to begin whilst awaiting resit scores.

Just resitting the reading component of the OET.

No this query is for somebody else who would like to come over too. They are a business owner in UK (Mechanic) have been all their life, has a good bit tucked away, almost 60yrs old. I do not know enough about the entrepeneur and business visas to advise the best route - so figured a consultant would be better. I wouldnt normally recommend one because they cost so much, but for the right advice, could be money well spent.

They are thinking about helicopter touring business out here - I wonder whether the investment visa could be an option.

So thank you for those links I will go check them out now.

Regards, Fizz

H'okay.

Take it you've linked to HERE

I'll tweak your thread title and move you to the main forum. Someone who has been there and done that may be able to offer more help.
