Default Electrical course in London

Me again- have just heard back from EWRB who accepted OH qualifications- yiphee!!!! Have contacted Nick Chandler who runs courses here, so thats great next one is end of June till 4th July. My question is... am I right in thinking in order to gain the provisinal licence I need a supervisor of electrical work to sign? Does this mean I need a job before I can submit form? We are going for PR but if a job offer comes along will probably do WTR. Any advice on the best option?
Cheers
