Re: Dunedin
I have been here just over 7 months so drop me a PM. Don't want to say things on open forum about places incase it offends someone.....we all live somewhere and opinions differ.

Re: Dunedin
We have been here nearly 5 years , lived in town in the Bronzy sort of area, ex state house and made good money out of it, all depends on where you come from in UK as well, we lived in Poole Dorset all my life and it got to blingy for me, there are areas like Moari Hill and Roslyn, ST Clair they are all wannabees TBH lol think they are something they are not lol, once you get past thier I-Pods strapped to thier arms and thier posh coffee shops, they are not bad area after all lol.
We now live out of town 30 mins away, no neighbours and no street lights, cow shite and sheep, awesome very friendly people and very relaxed area, i suppose the areas like Corstaphine and Brockville and not the flashest lots of stae houses, but again the laugh is the state house were built in the sunniest and best view areas in Dunners lol as long as you pick some where that gets sun in winter, it means alot in Dunedin as most places are built on the hills, if you pick left hand side of harbour like Ravensboure and Leigh valley, it gets no sun for 3 months of the year brrr perma frost, nice in summer, but un insulated Kiwi sheds brrr.
Give me a pm if you like.
