WOW, literally WOW!

I didn't see anything unusual when I drove back from work at 5 thru oriental parade where this seems to be filmed from. I'd like to know what time this was.

Gutted I missed it too. Wellington 1 - Auckland 0. Ill take dolphins in the water over sharks any day. (Too soon?)

not sure I would, we were told whilst out on a Whale/Dolphin cruise in America that you shouldn't swim with them in the sea as they may attack, not sure how true that is but don't really want to find out. Did note that some people where swimming very near them

Never heard of dolphins attacking people in the water. Quite the opposite - dolphins will help a swimmer in difficulties. Came across quite a large pod in the Red Sea while on a scuba diving trip. A bunch of us swam with them for ages. Great fun!

Just keep your distance from the young 'uns.

I heard a story about as dolphin attacking a man but he had been hurting it, it was on one of those "when animals attack" programs, I think it's very rare.

I'd love to see a pod of wild dolphins, I've only ever saw ones in Florida (not wild) and fungi the dolphin in Ireland

Out and about in Wellington today and yesterday hunting stingrays.

Lets call it a draw, either way its amazing. Pretty sure you wouldn't get this variety over such a short period in the English Channel or around the UK

That said, Walrus.....
