No quarantine
Various blood tests
Must be microchipped

The tests are very specific and have to be done to a rigid timescale. other than that it's ok.

there isnt one - you just pick them up from the airport and take them right home with you.

hi pixi-dust,

are you sure about that, if it's right the family will take a huge step forward. The one big issue is if the Ted (the dog) would have to be in quarantine for 6 months, they just won't have it!!!

does anyone know who to sort it out with?

Definitely no quarantine for dogs or cats from the UK.

absolutely positive! honest! We took our big lump over and when we got him he just jumped into the car, quick stop at the beach for a run around then home with us.
Oh once you get them here they will need to be registered with your local council, they get a stunning coloured tag with a number on it. Ours had a wee bit of jet lag, in that he wanted to play at 4am and was sleeping during the day for a couple of days.

there are various pet shipping companies that do the deed ( be warned it costs a lot) we used Golden Arrow - do a search on here and lots will come up.

Golden arrow is the ones I'd recommend, they are so kind and genuinely care for the dogs etc.
