Dog shipping - golden arrow

Has anyone used the above company to ship their dog/dogs to New Zealand.
Be great to get any feedback good or bad

I'm in the process of using them to move my cat over to Palmerston North after reading many recommendations. They've been great up to now, very informative and made the introductions to the quarantine facility so it's all been very fluid, with everyone in the email loop, which is comforting.

I've followed their instructions with regards to veterinary care in the interim and they'll take over the rest once my cat is handed over into their care.

Flight is booked for the time we wanted too, so it's been really straight forward so far.

My partner thinks I'm mad paying all this money for a cat, he says the irony is we'll probably get her there and she'll be run over the following day :ohmy:

Most of the people on here have used them and I have never heard a bad word about them, they where excellent when we brought 3 over :thumbup:

In all the 12 years I've been aware of the company, I have never heard a bad word about them or their service.

I didn't use the company because of our location.

I brought over my two much loved pusscats with me. No chance of my leaving them. If they didn't travel with us, I didn't emigrate. Simples.

Used them in 2012, they were brilliant. Would happily use them again. They sent me all the paperwork and made the whole daunting process seem easy!!! good luck.

We used them in 2008 for our three dogs, they were great, no problems whatsoever:)

Used them last year for our very spoilt German shepherd they where excellent.

We used them in 2007 and they met me at Heathrow to take our chocolate brown labrador up to their kennels prior to shipping. They are the real deal:thumbsup:
