you'll need immunization records for any children you've got - both the school and GP will ask for these

I left my car with my next door neighbour to scrap for us when we emigrated, but forgot I had left the documents needed to send to the DVLA in with all the stuff on the container!!!! By the time they arrived in NZ and I had sent tham back to UK the DVLA tried to get me for not paying the tax which had expired 
Luckily for me they didn't pursue the matter........
