I watch Triangle TV most nights They've got Al Jazeera but not every night - this is the best news channel by far. And don't scoff! It's so un-biased. It just reports the news and it's up to you to make of it what you will.

I look at the local paper from home every week to see if my son's been mentioned in football but otherwise not much. I don't really care to be honest.

I enjoy reading the UK papers, i dont think there is anything wrong with it either and when I get to NZ in August I would still buy the occasional english paper if they were around. Although I am moving I still want to keep up to date with life in England.

What's Triangle TV? The few times I've dared to watch Al-Jazeera I was in the US. Actually quite surprised the CIA/FBI didn't show up on my doorstep...

No worries! Unfortunately in SW France they make Jambalaya with tripe. The smell alone of it cooking is enough to make you

:
It's channel 5 on terrestrial tv and up past Discovery on Sky. It's often got Dutch news on during the day or German and some really local programming as well - community TV. Al Jazeera doesn't seem to be always on but if it is, it's around 10 or 11 pm. I was really surprised by it and find it just so informative without any sensationalism.
