you need to fill out a customs decalaration (sp) its a green square sicker thing, & yes you do need to write whats in the package & its value & just to warn you they do like you to be precise, but the post shop staff will help you if its under 200g & fits in an envelope , like a calender, then its standard post rates , if its a package you could cost you a bit. i did 3 parcels to uk on ecomony post cost me over $90 , & they weren't that heavy either.
