Default Daylight savings

Think I'm right in saying that clocks go back tonight in New Zealand, so all change to the time difference - just as my friends / family in the UK had got it sorted in their heads - then the UK clocks go forward next weekend and it will all change again - oh my - anyone know what the time is.................

It'll be 12 hours difference until the UK clocks go forward next week then it'll be 11 hours until they change again later in the year.

Yep, here comes winter!! Brrr!!! Its only been about 25 degrees here all week..... bloody freezing!!

I do prefer the longer lighter evenings though as we have enjoyed ourselves walking along the beach on nice evenings.... or Ive been able to go for a ride. Never mind.... roll on springtime!!

Here (Rodney District), in comon with most areas around Auckland, the end of daylight saving means I can walk my dog on any beach, any time of day, which is just great. And apparently the earliest it gets dark here is about 6:30pm, so I'll still have time to do this after work in the depths of winter
