They're bound to ask you about how you would deal with people of other cultures; especially Maori with reference to the Treaty of Waitangi. They might ask how you intend to apply the principles to your role or somesuch.
Need to remember the three Ps: Protection, Participation & Partnership - respect and all that. Google up and I am sure you'll find some examples of the type of questions you might face.
Also they always ask you in interviews how you deal with conflict, noting that they typically have some particularly difficult staff members that you might have to deal with. I am never sure of the right answer, or even if there is one.

Some companies I have come across also follow an American format where they do an initial interview and then the next stage is a round robin type affair where you go in for at least half a day and spend time with different people from around the company to ensure you fit their company mindset etc.
