Crossroads wine tasting, Hawkes Bay - tips needed
We got a great pressie from our son for Christmas to have a wine tasting at the Crossroads , Hawkes Bay , We obviously want to make the most of our expereince and sample as many wines as possible 
and are trying to find accommodation near the winery, so we can get a taxi or even walk ?? As we have no idea where anywhere is in the area I thought I'd see if anyone could recommend anywhere , Many thanks

Thanks guys we have now booked in Marine lodge , not quite walking distance to winery but we get twin bottles of wine to bring home so will sip on balcony overlooking waterfront - Am excited we haven't visited this area before so hoping sun shines

OOOPs not Marine Lodge -it's Beachfront Motel - crikey and i haven't had a drink yet
