Default Crispy Aromatic Duck

Hello all,
I have been in NZ over 15 years now and in all that time I could never find a Crispy Aromatic Duck anywhere in NZ ............

Any ideas where I might find a proper one as I have had a few poor attempts of one?

I've only found in the 2 main centres before - the main CBD street in auckland was ok but preferred dragons restaurant in welly - 25 tory st, te aro, CBD.
A lot of the bigger supermarkets are selling tinned confit duck now which is definitely not as good and looks rough to begin with out the tin but comes out the oven amazing!

Thanks I will look up the place you mentioned in Welly and have a go at the duck in a tin. Can't be any worse than what I have already eaten 😂
