Crikey Auckland has the shakes....
.... ooops that made the earth and the roof move, felt two times at 4.00 and 4.07pm and dogs all around are barking mental.

Felt them both here in Beach Haven. Wasn't sure about the first one but the second was a pretty definite 2-3 seconds of rumbling.

Libby was in kitchen for the next one and was her first in akl.

Was watching DVD in bedroom, bed started jolting/shaking, lamps rattled, teenagers in bedrooms felt beds moving/jolting/chairs moving, we are near Howick beach just across from Motutapu/Rangitoto, never felt one before so quite an experience We all emerged from different areas of the house saying 'did you feel that' 'that must have been an earthquake', then all the reports started coming up on social media, websites to confirm.
