I think that they can't access your UK credit rating due to the DPA. As long as you have a job out here then a mortgage will be fine. I took out a credit card, spent $250 and paid it back slowly to build up credit rating, not sure if it helps

This week is dee week to make up the mind - have a gun to the boss's head for a big pay rise here or i am off - if he calls me bluff = he will find its not a bluff and we are off 60/40 I reckon we will be going - poor OH will get no sleep tonight wondering - a cross roads maybe but its times like this we know we are alive eh
