Costs vs wages without a mortgage
 
Hello everyone

We have read a lot on BE about how unaffordable NZ was, and we would certainly agree with this - we live there 7 years ago and returned to the UK for better finances. However we are now in the enviable position of being able to return to NZ and buy a house with no mortgage. Obviously this changes the costs vs wages dynamics a lot, and we would be very keen to hear from any people who have made the move under similar circumstances.

Is there anyone lucky enough to be able to share this experience?
