The only one I haven't visited is vancouver which i'm thinkin of doin summer 2007. My sister lives in south auckland (another icu nurse!) and is desperate for me to choose NZ. I'm back out 8th Feb. The biggest problem with NZ is the distance from the UK where my daughter from a previous relationship will stay. Hmmm I've got spaghetti head at the mo

Ouch tough decision Owen. Don't envy you that one.
I have a friend who lives in Vancouver, she feels like a giant at 5'4" tall as over one-third of the city is of far-eastern descent now.
She loves it there, though it is very expensive to live there. She's never complained about the weather, though.

Visited Vancouver in August last year as hubby's cousin has just emigrated out there (well Hope actually - Rambo country), and friends of mine emigrated out there 2 years ago. Lovely place - but still feel NZ is the best!!
Good luck Owen with your decision.
