Container Insurance
Just a quickie, just realised we still havent sorted out any insurance for our container whilst in transit. Can I ask which companies you used ?
Thankyou

I haven't done this yet but lots of folks have mentioned using Leyton Percival. Excellent quotes and tend to beat all the competition. Good Luck

Re: Container Insurance
yes we took insurance out through them, but we insured for the minimum on our stuff, I mean we only insured for the things we thought were worth insuring, so our quote only can in at £121 - as it was not one thing was damaged when it all arrived, so all good.

We also used them and are in the process of putting in a claim.....canoe was stored incorrectly and now has a huge dent in the hull with a big divot in that;the glass on our scanner/printer was cracked;George Foreman grill looked as if it had been dropped and was all cracked;wheels broken on one of the dehumidifiers. So far they have been very helpful.
