Hello

Has anyone tried this?
Its so cheap Im thinking of trying it, but want opinions if its a viable option with my 2 and half year old. (seasoned traveller on planes!)
My main concerns are safety.

Having done a few coach journeys in my day where I spent several hours being entertained? by pissed bogans, just a little worried when travelling with the little man.

Price wise - its $30 for three of us v $280 flying v $199 car hire (one way fees are a killer!)

Anyone?

Sorry can't help witht the coach thing, but have you looked at the train?

If you PM Maz, she did it down from Auckland with her daughter and OH not long ago.

I've used the Napier to Wellington service on a number of occasions and found it to be a safe way to travel.
Coach is usually less than half full.
Can't see you having any problems.

Hmm, No trains to Napier... nearest station, 2.5 hours drive away.
BUT we are doing the train from Auckland to Wellington.. 12 hours, but ment ot beautiful
