Awesome spot, its amazing what you can find from a boat or Jet ski, i went down a large river near us and there was secluded picnic spots in the gorge, could not access them from walking .

We will venture further north one day, we did seriously look to move to Northland as i work for Corrections we were looking at NGAWHA been warmer and no wet suits, but this house came up and TBH we like the distinct changes in seasons, still cant get used to Christmas in te sun and dark at 10pm, never will we get used to that, its bizzarre

Just got up let the chooks out and fed the duck, better feed myself now
