Cholesterol and BMI issues

Hello Guys,I am silent reader of this forum and this forum really helped me a lot in preparing my case by my own.

I lodged my application on 23rd March ‘18 and CO got assigned on 1st week of July.CO had referred my case to MA and asking me to undergo further tests for diabetes and other tests related with kidneys. I appeared for the requested medical tests two weeks back and my GP had submitted the tests. Now my diabetes is under control and latest reading is 5.6 (as against 7.15 in first test) which seems to be alright. Last day, I got the lab reports from GA and noticed that readings for some of cholesterol parameters such as ‘Serum Triglycerides (200.97) , LDL cholesterol (112.0)’ were at big higher end hence flagged as ‘H’ and also BMI came out 32. Now, I am concerned about whether cholesterol level or BMI would have any negative impact on my application. Please guide.
Thanks in advance
