childrens vitamins

can anyone help me. In the UK my kids had haliborange multivitamins (in liquid form) & Efalex (fish oils lemon & lime flavour). I know i can get Efalex here at $40 or $60 depending on size (UK £14), but i can't find any liquid multivitamins ( i may not being looking in the right shops though), i've seen tablet one but the kids won't eat them & for my daughter i mix the vitamins & fish oils together - she won't have fish oils by themselves. Any ideas, hints or tips gratefully recieved. I do have a very willing mother in law in the uk who will use any excuse to shop & is dying to send a parcel over.
Thanks guys

ps been here a month so far & still loving it, although no house (still with understanding friends) & no job yet , something will come up sooner or later , we're chilled , have a car & have sorted a car xx

I take it your kids wont eat fish? or don't take enough vegetables/fruit?

or are these additional suppliments?

(please dont take these questions the wrong way :) )

I know kids can be quite fical when it comes too food. We are lucky our daughter loves fish - as we eat alot of fish and chicken. Once a month we enjoy some red meat. The fish really has helped with alot of things so I would say there must be some science behind it.

We have too watch the juices and avoid artifical flavourings otherwise our daughter climbs the walls all night.

She loves chocolate icecream (especially after a recent trip to Italy) but is only allowed it for special treats. She has a varied diet at Nursery but sometimes you know she has had something different because her behaviour is out from normal - guess being the parent you do notice evenly the slightest change.
