Character waiver
 

Anyone have an experience about character waiver process? Does it come after 2pc or before 2pc ?
My Co told me on 1st of Oct that character process will follow after I submit current evidence of living together with my kiwi partner . It's being more than 3weeks that I submitted this but I've not heard from him . So I'm just curious to know with anyone who has character waiver process experience if the application goes to 2pc for recommendation 1st or before ?
