Its raining right now, in fact its tipping it down. At last some water for our tanks!!

It's really humid here and hot at the moment but no rain yet.

Its not been cold at all today... forecasters predicted rain all day but it didnt arrive til evening time and its just been tipping it down.

When we had water delivered on wednesday I spoke to the guy and said I bet youre glad its not rained for weeks.... and he said No, as he wanted a break, he was working non-stop.

Shame that clocks change soon.... the evenings will be really draw in then... it will be winter before we know it!!

When I work a late shift, I usually move the car to the front of the hospital. I forgot today and had a long walk back to the car. Got out of work at 11pm and had to have a shower when I came in as I was soaked to the skin At least it isn't cold, foggy and windy - yet.....

We just changed this past weekend, 3 weeks earlier than usual, to summertime. The littl'un didn't wake up until 9 am today. Knowing our luck it will be winter when we arrive.

It's 16C/61F right now in the Chicago 'burbs woo hoo! The black snow piles are slowly but surely melting. Will post pics of them tonight, for your delectation. The lake at the back of our house is still frozen in the middle.

Rain didn't last long - sun's out again and 20 degrees - lunchtime. Was like an oven upstairs at Bordeaux Bakery on Thorndon Quay this morning.

Getting a tad windy, though!

Its like April showers here.... nice and sunny one moment and peeing down the next. But its still very hot and humid. We had a good lot of rain last night so hopefully a bit of water in our tanks again.
