Thinking of moving to new zealand, one of the things playing on my mind is.............. what is the catering industry is like, have been a chef for over 15 years putting up with hateful shifts. i'm now doing N.V.Q assessing in the same sector which i love, so can any one fill me in on whats in store for me catering wise and what the conditions are like. and can any one let me know do you do N.V.Q.assessing or will i have to retrain.
