"Residential building activity is on the up again,” industry and labour statistics manager Clara Eatherley said. “In value terms, Canterbury region led with strong growth." Does it seem that way to those down in Christchurch. From what we are hearing coming out of Christchurch, this isn't really the case. :confused: |

Yeah, would concur with Woodlea, there are new builds and sub-divisions springing up all around Chch. Rolleston is going mad and places like Prebbleton (expensive) and Lincoln (fairly expensive) are growing very considerably.
