Cambridge traffic?

Re: Cambridge traffic?
Lol you lot!
It's not me staying there fortunately. I'm the lucky one who has to find accommodation for a crew of tree planters. I'm going to evade all responsibility of sending them to Huntly and say it's not my fault, my hands were tied etc etc

you'd be right Gareth! If it was me going up there to work I would make the most of it... and maybe get a little inspiration from Home Alone just to be safe.

If youre looking at Cambridge, it would be about the same travel time as somewhere like Papakura in Sth Auckland as well as Pukekohe. And quarter hour shorter to Pokeno. But as I said nothing wrong with Huntly itself for a bunch of tree planters.

Oh trust me I've looked and looked but everything is booked solidly! I have a nice big house for them, albeit in Cambridge, booked for end of April but until then they are in-between the holiday park and backpackers Anything not booked is either crap, miles away or has no off road parking.

Save your time and money folks, instead of wandering around Los Angeles on your search for boutique shopping, movie stars and the celebrity hot spots of Hollywood Boulevard and Beverley Hills.
Why not join the Gliterrati and jump on board and get an insider glimpse of Huntly; a town jam-packed with Hollywood celebrity style homes and famous shopping attractions to match any on Rodeo Drive.

The glorious views as the sun sets behind the cooling towers of the power station
Scenic walks as you dodge the P pipes and McDonald's wrappers along the banks of the mighty Waikato
its a shit hole and will never be anything but

Unless it really, really is as bad as it's made out to be, I'm sure it will slowly be gentrified. This won't solve the problem but just move the shithole/scum further south away from Auckland. Lots of people renting are so desperate to buy that price will ultimately steer them towards these cheaper towns

They can retreat, regroup and dig in in Ngaruawahia to fend off the seemingly endless march of the jafas
