Hi all, i'm new to NZ and this site....

Was wondering if anyone knows if i can buy the cambridge diet here...if not, where i can get it?

I lost 3st on in in the Uk and kept it off until i moved here and gave up smoking. i've gained 10lbs even with dramatically increased excercise....want to stop it here before i put the whole lot back on.

Not sure specifically about the Cambridge diet, but the only place I have ever seen those kind of food replacement diet things is in the Pharmacies. I have seen various ones in there, but I am not up to speed on exactly which ones they have.

Assuming this is the same thing you are after, it seems there's no distributor in NZ? Distributor in Australia, so you can probably get it either direct from them or they will tell you who they ship it to here.

maybe just eat healthy and excercise, that seems to work
