Here's the plans - we are looking at the 5 bed + study 'showroom' house. Plan B is the 4 bed 'showroom' house if cost really becomes an issue. The 'brighton' house shows what big living areas you can have, and I just love the word 'rumpus'

Good grief, which end of that hallway do you put the pinhandling machine and ball return?

Our planning consents just came through so we'll be full steam ahead with our house build from now on.
I'll start a seperate thread when things start happening and update it regularly with photos
The electric is the first thing to happen and we'll have power on our block in a day or two!

Congratulations Sky you've waited a long time for this. Hope everything goes smooth for you. Can't wait to see pics of the progress.
