good money lots of work there ,great place to live with kids, we are moving up there, selling our house here in wellinton, cant wait to go up there

One of the areas I know of is called "Flat Bush" area (30 mins from Auck Airport) which is going ahead big time. There is 18ha to be developed and will be home to about 40,000 people. This is area is going to also have new schools,shops,retirement village and a 32ha park etc.
One of the main Housing companies is Fletchers if you want to call them.

A ball park figure will do for starters. If it sounds reasonable , may PM for further details.

Rates for tradespeople tend to be the same across the trades.

have a look at www.whitianga.co.nz there is a few builders on there,bust as for price i am not sure. the place is going mad there building all over and 25 years work , we are also moving there from wellington.
