Building a house the New Zealand way
Could any one point me in the right direction or have any advice as to how you go about getting a house built in New Zealand, regulations, building plans, cost. I was looking to use SIPs. Many thanks regards Paul

Try this for starters.
NZ Building Code.
Then you would need to look to your local NZ council for what is required by way of building consent.
