Re: Bringing tools to NZ
I brought tonnes of golf stuff and it was all given the ok in the end. Check all pockets of your bag....dont let them find a blade of grass....your shoes too.
I removed my golf shoe cleats and put them in my tool box, so if they checked them it looked like i had thrown the cleats away and was going to buy new ones.
They didnt check my shoes or my bag, only a couple of loose clubs I had wrapped seperately....it's pot luck, but golf clubs on your itemised list for customs tends to sway them towards checking bits of your container.
P.S. I got fitted for the clubs I always wanted and got a good uk deal before i left, I have found the selection in NZ limited and, its more of a social sunday hack unless you stump up for a top course. No decent driving ranges at all. My dreams of being a member of a pristine parkland seaside haven't really happened

Not with you? They were just all wrapped in their tool chest and lifted onto my container with everything else. Tools aren't a specialist item for carriage, they will sit right next to your wifes shoes and handbags (if there is still room) :sunglasses:

I dont think you will get much change from a £500 however you do it, just a guess though?
