$160,000
Fabulous opportunity to build in this sought after location. A 2 minute walk to Kerikeri village - picture theatre, clubs, resturants, shops. Within Kerikeri schools zone. Sunny north west aspect. Underground services - power, telephone, water, sewage. Within the Kerikeri sewage area. Quality foot paths and crossings with overhead street lighting.
Very good Kerikeri soil.
What great buying in this progressive township.

Why the hell do they say 'priced to sell' ?

Just a weird thing to say

Think of how warm the house could be with all those lovely trees to burn

oh don't start with cold houses...

spoke to a bonafide kiwi who was also a kiwi estate agent the other day and
he told me all about build quality and cold houses and how when he was a kid
the walls used to move with the wind in his parents house
and it was always bloody freezing...

(if that doesn't get KJP back to defend NZ houses then nothing will !! But its true, its true I tell you....)
