Anyone have these?
I was thinking of buying some every week instead of doing the lottery. My money would stay mine and I'd be in with a chance to win every month. Seems like a win win situation doesn't it. |

Actually if I am winning, some downtrodden teacher is missing out, just consider it exploitation by the new rich (pensioners).
