Watched the Block NZ last night for the o house sales .......... over $900k for a 3 bed in Takapuna

yeah its pretty stupid what they sold and 3 or 4km down the road they would have gone for even more

They are however about as close to the Takapuna mega-millionaires row as you can get without being on the beach side. They're just along from the Westfield Mall and are miles away from the alleged Bunnings that was meant to be 'across the road' .
